Rj45 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms governing use of the rj45 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rj45 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are advised not to use this platform.
To use rj45 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited or restricted under local law.
- Act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party without valid written authorisation.
- Not be on any exclusion or restriction list imposed by this platform or any relevant authority.
Rj45 reserves the right to decline a registration application or suspend access without providing a reason, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
When registering a rj45 account, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Only one account is permitted per individual. Any attempt to open multiple accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances or winnings. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your payment details and contact information.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. rj45 will never ask for your password via email, messaging, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. Any activity that occurs under your account remains your responsibility until we are notified otherwise in writing.
Prohibited Platform Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited for all users on the rj45 platform:
- Using bots, automated scripts, or any tools that manipulate the gaming system or transactions.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity through the platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to any other party.
- Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Distributing harmful, fraudulent, or threatening content through any communication channel on the platform.
Payment Information, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the rj45 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian online banking. Available payment methods may change based on operational requirements, and users will be notified via the website.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as set by the platform and may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Successful deposits are credited to your account automatically. rj45 is not responsible for delays caused by bank processing or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your account has been fully verified. Processing times are subject to the platform's internal policy and may take between one and five business days depending on the method selected. rj45 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal for compliance purposes.
Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension, and Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
Rj45 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unexpected game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied warranty of uninterrupted reliability. Users access the platform at their own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure
Rj45 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining funds may be temporarily withheld pending investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed unjustly may submit an appeal through our customer support channels.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rj45 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, user interfaces, and source code — is the exclusive property of rj45 or our licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent. Use of rj45's brand name, logos, or trademarks for any commercial or personal purpose is prohibited without authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The rj45 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for the convenience of users and do not constitute an endorsement or approval of the content, products, or services offered by those third parties. rj45 has no control over third-party website content and accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from the use of such websites or services.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Rj45 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address.
Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a process mutually agreed upon by both parties, and exclusive jurisdiction for any legal action lies with the courts of Malaysia.
